pm Officer Matthew McNeil arrested Marcos A. Dacosta, 35, of Saucier Street in Framingham on Hayden Rowe Street in Hopkinton. Dacosta was charged with a marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license.

pm A juvenile from Hopkinton was arrested by Officer William Burchard for assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
