My mistake- let go to hire another equipment operator. The employee was given a month's notice then wentent out to lunch and allegedly spotted the incident. Most of the DPW workers are out by 2 or 3 in the afternoon anyway. Any chance that the whistle blowing event happened after work hours? I'm very sympathetic to the employee that was let go but there are tons of stories out there.
