Most Wanted
Sex Offender Captured in
The
State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section added BAXTER to its
Top Ten Most Wanted Sex Offender list earlier this year. BAXTER, who has
been classified by the Sex Offender Registry Board as a High Risk, Level
3 offender, is wanted by Boston Police and Braintree Police for failure
to register as a sex offender. BAXTER was required to register as a
result of his 1985 conviction in

recent days, after Trooper Collette Tamuleviz developed information that

BAXTER is being held on $250,000 bail at the Curren-Fremhold
Correctional Facility pending his rendition to
The Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section searches for people identified as suspects in violent crimes, subjects of outstanding warrants, and sex offenders who fail to register with the Sex Offender Registry Board as required by law.
